Stein Richards is monitoring carefully the escalating coronavirus situation. We are taking appropriate actions with the wellbeing of our clients, colleagues and our wider community being foremost in our minds.
From this week we will increase home working for all directors and employees. Clients should be reassured that our business infrastructure fully supports remote working and as such we expect to maintain the usual high level of service. We all remain available to support you in any way we can.
For the time being our offices remain open for clients where visits are essential and we would ask all visitors to take additional hygiene measures. Other than essential visits, we advise that you do not attend in person and that we work together ‘virtually’; We can be reached by phone, email and online conferencing calls in the usual ways. In the case of essential meetings in our offices, we will be asking attendees routine questions in advance about recent travel and possible exposure and, in all cases, will strive to limit the number of attendees.
The safety of our clients, staff and our wider community is paramount, but so too is ensuring that the high level of service expected by our clients is unaffected. We believe the measures which we are taking represent the most prudent course of action to achieve that balance.
We will remain in close contact with you and provide updates as the situation evolves.
Thank you for your continued support and understanding during this challenging time.
